Virginia Corbitt I paid for a mobile home decal in cash and she sent it out to my mother in law as she did not want me to have it, she lied about the decal being lost in the mail, she never put it in the mail

I paid in full for my mobile home decal. It was supposed to have been put in the mail, how ever it never showed up. I asked the tax department where it was and they told me they had given it to my mother in law like wtf has she been given my mobile home decal for like she does not own the property or the mobile home and then the dumb idiots had the balls to tell me told me to go and pick it up from my mother in law. I said basically and the Tax commissioner stepped in and sent me out another one this was all done behind his back. Basically Virginia Corbitt used her position with the Tax office to go around the normal process of sending out mobile home decals and instead gave the mobile home decal i paid for to her sister in law my mother in law.
