I purchased these tickets as it was the top option in google, and I was led to believe it was an official ticketing site. When I continued to look through this company, I found it was a reseller of tickets and that I can't cancel my order. I'd rather cancel and have some of my money back then have to deal with them. Anyway, when I wanted to find out more information, they referred me to their FAQ section which tells me nothing in relation to my questions. Furthermore, I wanted to change my tickets to a show in another state as I will be living closer to that state by then, and nothing can be done about that. I will also have someone elses name on my tickets and I believe I have even paid more for them than what the actual site asks for tickets. I ended up buying a second pair of tickets through the official site, and I will be giving the Ticketsofficial tickets to a friend at reduced price... If I ever get them.
