We had a small fire recently in the kitchen to only find out that our household alarm system from LeaseComm did not even go off although all the smoke alarms in the house went off. We also had instances when we would set the alarm system when we left and when we came home we did not even have to turn off the alarm system when entering the house. Thank goodness nothing happend to any of our property. We looked on the internet and saw that there are many other complaints against the company and feel that this may be one way for other people to know that they are not alone.
