Apex alarm installed an alarm system that has never worked, at our house. They had technicians attempt, four times to repair it but that never worked either. I refused to pay so they have threatened to sue me and send my account to collections. At this time I'm going to pay the contract off and when I get home I'll seek legal counsel. Unless you have an existing suit going on in behalf of some other customers.
I am not at home and won't be for aprox. 10 months so there is no way they can send tech's out to work on the system right now, so I'm out an alarm and lots of money. I'm living in Houston, Texas for the time being.
If you can help please let me know. I'm desperate!
