I filed my llc, buisness license with legal zoom 12-14-11. I haven't heard anything from legalzoom at all. I decided to call secretary of state (ca) and they told me my paper work was processed 12-20-11. Where has my paper work been, im paying insurance and rent on a buisness i cant use cause legal zoom is m.I. A with my paper work. Called legal zoom 2-6-12 and was told they would call me back within 48hrs. Im going to call my local news and write the governor about legal zoom cause they stole nearly 600 dollars from me and from all of the others that have complained on forums. Totally un-sattisfied. I used legalzoom cause they make alot of promises and charge for express service. This is the worst and most expensive service i've ever seen.
