I used Legal Zoom to register my business with the state of pensylvania - the total cost of service was suppose to be just under $700 and i was suppose to get my documents in 3-5 weeks. Its been over 8 weeks and I still didnt get anything in the mail, instead Legal Zoom charged me another $22 and then $159- when i called them the person on the phone told me that the charge is for some legal service where the state sends my legal paperwork to them instead of me (thats in case i decide to go on vacation) and that unless i request that option to be taken off they automatically assume that i need that service and charge me for it - they wont refund it and even more - theres another fee if I wanna change that! I already called my bank and stopped all charges coming from those thieves! BEWARE - do not use LegalZoom - they will try every possible way to take as much money as possible from your account and they wont provide good service.
