On 12-14-11 i filled out and submitted llc documents, buisness lic. 2-6-12 i have heard nothing since 12-14-11. I called secretary of state (ca) and was told my paper work was approved and processed 12-20-11. Almost 2mos has gone by and what has legalzoom done for me other than take nearly 600 dollars from me. I talked with legalzoom customer service 2-6-12 and recieved excuses and told they would contact me within 48hrs. (i wont hold my breath) all i want is my paper work so i can start my buisness which is costing me rent and insurance and i cant open for buisness.
