I am not sure because I do not use texting and I did not order this. The only time I receive a test is from one of my sons when they need me to pick up one of the grandkids. I do not know how to even text anyone back with out the grandkids helping me. I did receive an email to sign up to win a nw ipad and I started to enter the contest until they were asking for personal information so I left the site. I do not think T-Mobile is involved in this. They have great customer service. I will have to contact them to find out how to make sure this is cancelled as I cant find an email address for these two scams and I cand find a phone number either.
