My boyfriend bought a travel trailer from PPL in 2008 and has never been able to get a title from them. We decided to sell it this year because we no longer need it or use it. So, we waited for a little over a month to get a Fabericated title!!! And it was a 3rd party title. So, now we get to pay even more fines and penelties because they fought us for so long to get a title! Not to mention the people you deal with over the phone are rude and hateful. Our local Tag office said that they should be held responsible for some or all of the penelities. We will see what happens.
