I have a title issued by them as me being the 100 owner of my property only to find out later that there is a nother party who climbed on at 50% ownership and i had already taken a loan out for proerty at a 100% owner and have not benn able to rent the 100% property out because of this error at the time of my singing there was no other signee required or requested because the title shows only me? Now i need this title issue cleared up i paid insurance for this clear 100% title i am aobut to loose my whole property.
