I was on the phone with Century Link from roughly around 3pm -4pm on March 19. The only person I am referring to is Mr. Garcia out of Denver Business Care Dept.initially he came on the phone with a combative & argumentative tone before we even started talking. I informed him of this half-way through our conversation and he continued to be patronizing and smart with me. I understand he deals with stressful clients all day, however starting the conversation with that energy does not help the situation.instead of Century Link relieving stress, it added much more unnecessary drama. We are a business that depends on our services. Mr. Garcia's unprofessional attitude is neither, productive or efficient to Century Link customers. I informed him our desktop computer had internet, but that no one else could log onto our wireless internet. We hooked up service in January and I didn't call until March 19. Since there was no way of proving this there was nothing he could do but issue a $5 credit. At the end of it all, the credit wasn't even the issue anymore. I would've much rather had a pleasant experience and no credit because I would've been at peace.initially I called about the service and didn't even ask for a credit until things started getting unpleasant.
