They claimed to be associated with Century Link for technical help.
Century Link denies any association with them. Billed me monthly for $9.99. When I called to ask what this was they gave me the run around. Offered to change to $49.99 per year. Implied that I had to have the coverage to have internet with Century Link. I am refusing to pay the latest bill through my credit card company.
