This company has been charging our account for 3 months. We never authorized them or were even offered their service. It started when we signed up with Century Link phone/internet. We were told there would be a one time tech fee. So evidently Century Link shared our financial information with this scam company. And/or Century Link has at least one employee helping this scam. We have never received any information from this service about who they are and what they do or what services they offer. And when calling to find out more we were repeatedly cut off. Century Link denies knowing this company or offering its service, yet mytechhelp blamed Century Link for initiated the charges. So overall this is a complete scam and I blame both companies.
