Was also scammed by Real Smart Email. The BBB will not get involved in the issue. Filed a compliant with the FTC and the FCC. Neither one would help.
Century Link is supporting this scam. Contacted Century Link and they said that they were not in control of any 3rd party companies. Real Smart Email is permitted to add to your monthly phone bill and Century Link does not know it's happening. (Even though they print the bill). Turns out that anyone can charge your phone bill without your consent.
Stay away from Century Link since they instigated this scam. Real Smart Email is just taking advantage of their ability to hurt people.
