I fell for the trial language-lesson CD offer for $9.95 around Jan. 5. With it came a letter stating I'm now in their "free trial elite-level Gold course" and will get more CDs "to try FREE for 30 days" with "my 100% RISK FREE Guarantee". Oh, yay... I didn't want this. A few weeks later a boxed set of 8-10 CDs shows up. I immediately pay $13.85 USPS postage out of my own pocket to mail it back on Feb. 10 with a letter stating "cancel this"! Then on March 16, they charged me $64.00. I've immediately contested the charge with my bank's help. I have no idea how much or how often they expect to charge me for their stupid CD set that I RETURNED. Also, NOWHERE in the boxed set or with the trial CD was there any information stating what the charges or terms & conditions were. Buyer beware!
