I purchased a Risk Free Trial of Acacia Berry and Life Cleanse giving my credit card for the postage of these products.
Recently I received 2 further packets which I sent back unopened to the company.
I have just received my credit card statement and I have been charged AU$145.39 each for these two items.
On contacting the company they tell me I did not cancel within the 15 day period??? I accepted the Terms and Conditions??? I thought it was a "risk free trial".!!!
At no time was I aware that the product (s) would cost me $300.00 per month - never in a million years would I put myself in that position. Gullible, but not stupid!
They say they have now cancelled any further supplies, however I would like my $300.00 credited to my account. I am happy for them to keep the postage charges, which was the original offer of $8.95.
