We was working with LHC on doing our loan modification. We sent all our personal information to them. We worked with them until after Christmas when we did not hear from them. I finally got ahold of Charlie Toledo with Advanced Loan Process. He informed me that LHC went out of buisness and he was retained from LHC to handle the cases that was already in the works in which he worked for before. He told me that he did not havemy file to go over at that time. He asked me to call back in a couple of weeks. I have tried to contact him for the last four weeks wiiithout any answer nor return phone call. We do not know where to go from here.
