We were contacted by a Thomas Flores withLiberty Home Capital in San Diego CA. We were told they could work with us to modify our loan to lower our mortgage. I checked with the BBB in San Diego and was told no claims against the company, but did tell us they did not belong to the BBB. We filled out the forms sent to us and was told to not make payments for two months to let the finance company know we meant business. I tried to contact Greg Paramore, Charlie Toledo and several other employees, to no avail. I was contacted by Greg Paramore around 1/15 to let me know that Libery Home Capital was bought out by Advanced Loan Processing and that my modification would be handed over to the modification expert to start negoiations with my finance company. I received and email from Charlie Toledo requesting me to fill out in order to give their company the right to negoiate for me. I was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks before I heard anything. It has been more than a month with no contact. I tried calling Charlie Toledo at 1-619-609-0085, Devon Clark at 1-619-609-0075 and left several messages, no return calls have been received by me. I have sent emails to Charlie Toledo as well as faxes. I will be filing a complaint with the FBI next. Hope this stops others from doing the same as I did.
