My name is Jerry Dodd and like so many of you I am a victim of USG and now Advanced Loan Processing (ALP). I have commented on this site previously. Today I talked with the FBI in Sacramento who informed me to advise everyone to go to their web site which is www.fbi. Gov where you will be instructed how to file an on line complaint with IC3 who will send our complaints to the appropriate state and federal agencies for investigation. I finally spoke to attorney bruce sobel last friday who is the principal behind ALP. He advised he is not going to do anything further on USG accounts because it was to overwhelming. He was trying to help USG clients out of the goodness of his heart and that he has no contractual obligations with USG or us victims. He further denied knowing the principals behind USG or how to contact them.in other words he was of no use just cya. Greg Paramore (ex USG and now ALP) however told me that Sobel was assigned all 400 of USG cases and that he was assigned my case. He added that he, Charlie Toledo, and Devon Pendergraf were hired from USG to work for ALP. It is interesting that Sobel hired three ex USG employees at the same time but doesn't know anyone or anything behind USG. Paramore also infered that ALP did receive compensation to work on USG cases. My opinion is that if Sobel was in fact assigned USG's cases and he began working them then he is responsible. There are ties from advanced loan processing to usg and liberty home capital. The FBI, DRE, AG, and the State Bar will figure it all out.
