On 9/22 we enter into a contract with united service group which later was changed
to advance loan proccessing. We had called about refinances at no cost but were told that we also could qualified for a principal reduction, but needed to review my records. They called a few days later saying we qualified, but needed a loan securitization analysis report done. When they told us the cost of it we told we didn, t have that kind of money! They told us no problem they would handle it, by making payments of $ 1500.00 a month for three months and it would go to the end of the new loan, after they got the last payment we didn, t hear from them for a couple of weeks and then we started calling them and talked to everyone: Anthony Flores, Devon Clarke, Charlie Toledo, Greg Paramore, Mckenzie phillups they kept telling me everything was going good, that time I was calling them every week getting no ansewer and then got a call from Charlie Toledo telling me that they were sold to Advance loan processing and he was in charge of my case and there new phone number which they didnt ansewer either! If any of you have not contacted the FBI you should also the District or city Attorney, s offices in san diego also the BBB. If anyone has a private attorney on this matter an are thinking of a class action suite e-mail at (Personal Information Removed)
