I have purchased 2 different airline tickets from direct air, using the family plan. One is for 169.00 round trip, and the other is for 179.00 round trip, good until October 31. Now the business has its doors closed and are not taking calls. They have filed for bankruptcy. I would like to know how to go about getting my monies back.
