I found a 12.95 (plus. 81 tax) on my current verizon telephone bill. When I looked further, I found that these charges dated back three months, starting with my 2/21 bill. I was very upset! I called ILD services immediately, and they claim to be giving my money back to me, we'll see. I want to find out how they claim they got my permission, or was I a random target?!
