Complaint / review text:
I was charged twice for a service that I never signed up for or used. I called I Tech PC and they said for me not to worry and that they would reverse my charge. I asked them how this could have happened and they said that I must have accidently filled out my full information on their website. I cant even find their website, nor does it show in my internet history. I also called Verizon and asked them to put a 3rd party block on my bill. They said that this could be done. After searching for I Tech PC, I found most complaints came from Verizon customers. I asked Verizon to look into this.
