Tonight I received my my online billing from AT&T and I noticed that my bill was higher than normal so I found a new item in my bill:

Where these charges come from? I never signed, ordered or authorized any voicemail service form them!
How AT&T allow these people to do this total rip off?
I've found at the ftc. Gov website tons of complaints of "cramming".
