It was awful. I ordered way back in december and nothing turned up until 14 January (this being the first sample so there was no way I had time to do the trial) as it was the day before I had to fly to New Zealand for my father in laws funeral so i phoned the company as they said sorry but no refunds if you dont report your order turning up within 14 days only to discover when we got back from the funeral that they had charged our credit card for two months worth already
