My Name is Phyllis Brown, and I ordered flowers for my neice's father Keith Williams' funeral. The order was placed on line Wednesday, 12/07 and the flowers were to arrive at the funeral home, Thompson Hall Jordan, in Cincinnati, OH yesterday. You can imagine how upset I was that there were no flowers at the funeral today. I spoke directly with the funeral director, and was told that all flowers delivered for that funeral were in place. There were several families represented on the card for the flowers and they are wondering why their flowers were not there? All I could say was I would follow up with the company when I got home from the funeral, which is what I am doing. I trust that you are the company handing this company's complaints, so I would like an explanation on what could have happened to the order. My order# 96901827.
