I was on-line with a live assistant for over an hour to work out a problem with my Magic jack. She took me step by step in reconfiguring my computer to adapt to the application. Her name is Ayesha and I have never been treated so kindly. She was very patient with me and didn't act like she was rushed to get finished. She stayed with me chatting until my problem was solved. Received very good service from this representative.
