Terrible support

Ive had my Magic Jack for about 8 months. I didn'thave too many problems with it but last week I couldn't get or send phone calls. I paid someone $25/hr. To help me deal with suppport as I'm not computer efficient. After 3 1/2 hours the problem was finally solved.in their broken English they e-mailed me back and forth and after 2 hours they told me to disconnect the Magic Jack and the computer. Of course, once I did, I lost the person helping me and had to get support again. They had to format the Magic Jack. At the end I requested they do SOMETHING for me (I was thinking of maybe one year free service). DREW, the worst possible operator, told me that the Magic Jack was now fixed and he didn't tell me I should hire someone to help me. He said "So, deal with it". They try to act kind but in the long run will leave you feeling hopelessly frustrated. If I had known how awful customer support was, I would never have ordered Magic Jack.
