Refuse to give me a payment plan

I called to see why they were charging me so much for cancelling my
service, with them! They said that because i was doing an early termination, but the early termination should only be on two of the lines, not all! But they still wont go down on the price, so I asked if I can make payments, and the lady I spoke to said that if I cant pay by-weekly paymnents that my account would go to collections. I don't understand, if I am willing to pay $50.00 per month, I am not refusing, to pay, they are being so unfair, my credit is very important to me! Thats why I dont refuse to pay them even though, they over charge. Please help me find a solution. Thanks
