Started loan mods. On two properties. Sent all pertinent paperwork and information. Sent check for $7500 as requested. Had already checked online and the Better Business Bureau. Dealt with Zara Parvati, Devon, Charlie, McKenzie, and just talked to Greg Paramore yesterday. He says Advanced Loan Processing would now be handling all the cases. Don't know what to believe anymore. Last contact with an actual person was 10 days ago. Have left dozens of messages. Am especially disgusted with Zara (Parsleezy) Parvati, who repeatedly used God's name as a sales pitch.
