TELEBRANDS CUSTOMER CARE complete ripoff false ads. And claims I.E. Non stick, no oil needed and discoloration

Product is not what you see on tv.

Eggs stuck to the skillet.

The green color was discolored when we use it w/out oil.

Trying to clean the discoloration was very hard with soft sponge and wATER as advertisedTo get your money back you loose twice because you have to ship back and they hold shipping and handling. For the free one.

I learned now to deal with local co. And co that prepay return items if not satisfy
