They charge you minutes if you call them from your cell. If you don't buy the unlimited they take minutes. Even if there is something wrong with your phone. I called due to not knowing how many minutes i have left cause for some reason they don't want you to know oh ya that's right they want you to call them so they can take your minutes. Then you are always having to update your phone other minutes deducted. Then if you are onthe phone for 1 sec they charge you 1 minute. I have dialed my phone and it never goes through but guess what 1 minute taken away. You really get screwed if you buy the $30.00 plan and customer service!!! The worst you cannot understand what they are saying.
