The problem is this a scam they will not let you off the phone when you call the 800-963-6220 to place an order for 2 10" pans as shown in the ad on TV. I was on the phone for 23 minutes unable to hang up because they got my credit card # at the start and they tried bate and switch on several products and wouldn't let me decline their offers. I will report them to my credit card company to be on false charges from this company and will file a complaint with Better Bussiness Bureau. I will not keep the pans I will cancel the order with customer no service and return the pans before opening them. I have no idea how much they will try to charge my credit card because I was never given a total amount for my order after 23 minutes and then transfered to a company that had a deal on hotels in Disney World that is when I completely lost it and was screaming in the phone that I didn't want any of their offers!!
