Downloaded gar software "similarty" [program for deleating duplicate photos files]. It did not open!

I wrote gar three emails and complained that "similarity" did not open properly and it was not working! I received no answer...

At noon on 03/09, i emailed the paying agent, "paypro global, inc. Of toronto, ontario, canada, " for a refund. That same day, they notified me at 3:04 pm, that i received my $34.95 refund.

So all ended well...
