I have Windows 7 and received a free software program named RegCure. However when I downloaded rthe free software to my PC I received an e-mail message from a Pareto Logic for a software program named SAFECART and a bill for $39.94USA from Canda where the software came from. I do not understand how this software program named SAFECART overroad my business with Windows 7 and their program named REGCURE. Thus, the software named SAFECART was not authorized to be installed and the amount of $39.94 should not be on my credit card. I have heard from other people that they are having the same problem with the software company PARETO LOGIS which is in Canada.
