I called and emailed paypro global for a full refund for software purchased on may 2. I submitted a request on may 2. Helen said i would get a full refund within 7 days yet that has not occurred. I purchased the software through paypal and opened a claim once i noticed paypro global did not honor their agreement to refund me the money. According to the only refund policy they honor full refunds when a request is made within 30 days of purchase and the software is not used beyond that point. I have abided by paypro globals refund terms and conditions but they have failed to honor their own agreement. The reason i requested a refund was due to not receiving a key code upon purchasing the key code and being billed excessive monthly recurring fees (indefinitely) to use the software. I have one question... When will i get my full refund?
