When trying to redeem the service on a Living Social voucher, the vendor did not return phone calls, consequently I was not to get the service, and I felt that the vendor did not honor the terms of the voucher. After I complained to Living Social about this, they did nothing to try to help me and insisted it was my fault for "waiting until the last minute", although there were many attempts to reach vendor without success. Living Social did not show any concern, and when I told them that I would no longer use them, they only asked me "can I deactivate your account for you", but did not offer to give me my money back for the service.
