I purchased 2 identical downloadable software programs within 30 days of each other and they won't issue me a refund as the orders were 30 days apart. Their policy says within 30 days of purchase for duplicate orders. Ripoff

Software Returns

Software purchases are generally not returnable, so please take advantage of the trial edition of the software (if available). A full refund will be granted for downloadable software within 30 days of purchase for:

* Defective software
* Software not received due to our error
* Duplicate Purchases

The above is what their on -line policy states and this is the email I wrote to them.
Hi - I made a duplicate purchase of Volume Care and would like to have a refund. Is this possible? Thanks Vicki

Hello -
Unfortunately since these duplicate orders are 30 days apart, we will not be able to offer a refund. If they were purchased both at the same time we could offer a refund. I apologize for any inconvenience.
