This company contacted me for an advertisement that I advised them was unapproved and unauthorized and I wanted our name removed from their list. They said I had to go through their recording process anyway, and the "third party" company made me go through the recording process many times because when they got to the point of asking me to agree to the charges I said no. After the third time, I hung up on them, only to have them call back again to go through the recording process until I said yes.
Now in March they are calling me again saying I owe interest and penalties for the unpaid invoice which we have never received.
