We received a call from a Ronnie Samzer ID# 5040 regarding a cancellation of an On line Yellow Pages account in the amount of $599.00. We had no such ad with anyone but they said they were calling in regard to our request to cancel our ad! They asked us to confirm the information they have so they can send an invoice. Their return phone number on our caller ID was (Personal Info Removed). We tried to call that number and find out what was going on and the number would not ring thru.
We have had no contact from them, either mail or phone, until today (February 1) informing me that I owe the $599 for Public Yellow Pages in NYC or it will be turned over to a third party collections and I will then owe over $900.00!! The business is Public Yellow Pages, 405 Lexington Ave, Chrysler Building, 28th Floor, NY, NY 10174.

They have a recording of us confirming the address to send the invoice to and now they are saying it is us confirming the contract. But the date they first called us was 9/20 and that is the date I was just told that the contract was started!!!
I am sure I am not the only one that has been threatened and harassed by these people!!
