In March a representative from US Yellow Pages called and offered us a 60 day free listing, but we canceled it within a couple of weeks, because we had requested to see the contract in writing and we never received anything from them. We never heard from them again until today, July 2, when a woman from US Yellow Pages called and said that we owe them $720.00 for a year of service. She played the recording of us accepting the trial offer, and said that if we had canceled there would have been a recording, and there was no recording, she claimed. She kept saying that they were going to send this to a collection agency. We never received anything in writing from them including a bill, although she claimed they have been billing us. We are a small company with an A rating with the Better Business Bureau. As far as we are concerned, this is a scam!
