First it needs to be made clear this company rents space from Walgreens. There is no way to directly contact the specific healthcare provider that you saw. Their company blocks your access. I went to the site with a bad sore throat that I had for 3 days. The did the test for strep which I did not have and diagnosed a virus. Told me there was nothing I could do about it. Prescribed I gargle with a misture of lidocaine, Mylanta and liquid antihistamine. The cost about $23. This is a worthless, thick concoction. THey called me 2 days later, I told them I was worse and now had a fever of 101. When I was finally contacted by their "health care professional" she told me there was nothing that could be done for a virus and when I told her and had more problems she insisted it was a virus could not prescribe an antibiotic and I should come back for another $89 visit. I did not go back and went to my doctor. I did not have a virus, I had an infection that now had spread to my ears and eyes needing antibiotics. A few hours after taking the first antibiotic pills I started feeling better. I now also had to use eye drops. THis company provides poor diagnostic health care, does not feel responsible for a patient's well being and should not be in the Walgreen stores. To see a doctor is not much more money. I am considering filing a complaint with the department of professional regulations
