Dr Madkur has to be the rudest doctor EVER, with a horrible bedside manner and inability to diagnose a toddler with a high fever. He did a quick exam of our son who was suffering from very high fever for over 48 hours (infants Advil and other fever reducers did not work well or for very long). He looked in his mouth for perhaps 1/2 second and said our baby's tonsils were infected. He mumbled and I could not understand what he was saying. Later, we had to ask the nurse what he said. When I questioned him about the type of infection, he mumbled that he would swab my son’s throat to culture the infection. He mumbled something about antibiotics and then walked out. Since he was so uncaring, we decided to go to our own pediatrician. It turns out he had a viral infection and antibiotics would not be needed. HORRIBLE experience. Waste of money for the visit and the prescription. As long as he is there, I will NEVER visit this Urgent Care office again.
