Sanger clinic sucks! Negligent!
After a week, I learned today that the singer clinic sent my test results to the wrong doctor's office - without my prior consent, knowledge and / or approval. As a matter of fact, I gave them specific instructions where to send the test results, however, they failed to follow my direction and now the results are sitting in the wrong doctor's office waiting for the wrong doctor to review my medical test. To me this not only seems wrong but unethical.
After a couple of days of waiting for the test results, I contacted the sanger clinic today and requested that either a doctor, nurse or someone contact me back and provide me with my test results - But, no one bothered calling.
Obviously the sanger clinic doesn't care about a person's health and is filled with greed. Here I am paying for test for something and they don't have the moral's or ethics to providing the results in a timely manner or provide them to the right doctor which ordered the test. The sanger clinic is obviously way out of bounds as far as health care goes.
They should be sued for neglect!!!
