I bought a Poulan Chain Saw for my husband's January birthday - not something you use everyday in Ohio. When he did use it in February due to a fallen tree on our property that had to be removed, the saw would not work (would not idle). Poulan said we had to take it to a repair location due to a carbuerator problem when it came off the manufacturing line, and pay $30-$50 ADDITIONAL to have it "corrected" - UNACCEPTABLE ANSWER to me the customer. Menard's will not take it back since it was past 30 days "and we did not take out their "extended warranty" - ANOTHER UNACCEPTABLE ANSWER TO ME THE CUSTOMER. Like I said, this is not something you use everyday in the winter time in OHIO.
