I used to run the delivery service for menards in Batavia, Il, but this complaint and ripoff is a WARNING to ALL DELIVERY CONTRACTORS hired by MENARDS. Menards will not honor their contract with you. As soon as a customer has a request that goes beyond what you are required to do according to that contract, whose side do you think menards is going to take? Menards demands that you do what the customer requests, because menards wants that sale regardless of what you, as their delivery service, are required to do. Menards knows that you have been suckered in to buying equipment and vehicles that you are making payments on, so they will tell you to do many things that are well beyond the call of duty. Menards will tell you, as their delivery service, that if you do not do as they say they will get another hauler, knowing full well that you are stuck with truck payments. Do NOT sign a contract with them, do not work for them. I issue this warning in good faith, Menards still owes me over $5k, but trying to collect that is another problem that needs addressing. Be very aware!!!
