I bought a Poulan brand weedeater from the Wal-Mart in Dickson, Tn. When I tried to use it the engine bogged down & never would stay running.
I took the Poulan back to wal-Mart & Got another one
even though at the time I had a receipt & could have gotten my money back I assumed I had just gotten a lemon. Went home several days later tried to use the new Poulan, same thing. When I returned to Wal-Mart to get my money back they asked for my receipt, I told them that I had it the first time I
returned the Poulan but had misplaced it in the meantime. They said all they could do was give me
a store credit without a receipt even though I explained to them that they had no more weedeaters in stock so a store credit wasn't going to help me. The managers reply was to recite the Wal-Mart policy on returns. If at all possible I'm done with this bunch of aholes!
