I ordered free sample's of face cream which I was only beening charge postage for. I had £91 07 and £87.24 taken out on the credit card before I had recieved these free sample's. We had been informed by credit card company that it was a scam, so I phoned one company and they stopped any more sale's and refunded £91.07. The other company; the phone number was unobtainable so the credit card company was informed and they said they would stop any future transaction's This has not been the case further supplies of creams have been sent with no corrspondance and different monthly amount charge to credit card which upto now as been refunded. But now the instfrhealth they have now sent papers to the credit card company saying I have not cancelled the contract for these cream's.
I have been so stressed with situation I have now had to contact Trading Standards for help.
