I ordered a sample face cream for $3.95 they never sent the sample and put a second charge on my credit card for #34.95 with out my permission and stated they will not give me my money back

Awradialabsdirect.com charged my credit card without having my authorization for $34.95 after I requested an example lotion for $3.95 after I named and have for that test

I requested and have them to place the $34.95 again on my card they mentioned they'd

Not, and so I approached my card organization cancaled my card. I never got the test and

I actually donot understand what the $34.96 was about.
