Sent for free trial sample two products. (postage £2.95) Did not send Perfect Radiance trial cream free samples as advertised. Received Dermology cream. No paperwork with contact details in package to retrn this. Unable to contact. Took unauthorised £74.95 from account 3/10. Unable to contact at phone number given on credit card statement. No reply to e-mail as yet. Reported to Credit Card Company, Trading Standards and Action Fraud.
